FLC forma.lms connector

Description

When a user is created, edited or deleted on WordPress, a corresponding user is created, edited or deleted on forma.lms.
After the user logs in to WordPress, he can directly enter forma.lms by visiting the automatically generated SSO page.
You can add the SSO page to a menu or use the provided shortcodes to make the users easily access it and SSO on forma.lms.

Addictional features available with FLC add-ons.

Compatible with forma.lms 1.x serie (1.3 or greater) and 2.0 or greater.

Tutorial

Requirements

  • PHP version 7.0 or greater.
  • PHP cURL module.
  • WordPress 4.0 or higher.
  • forma.lms 1.3 or higher.

Shortcodes

  • [flc_sso_permalink /] get SSO page permalink
  • [flc_sso_link target=’_self’][/flc_sso_link] get an HTML <a> tag linking to the SSO page. A ‘target’ attribute can be specified for the <a> target (‘_self’ is the default). The content of the shortcode will be the content of the <a> tag (if empty, the name of the SSO page will be used).

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Enable API connections in the general configuration menu of forma.lms (for detailed instructions see forma.lms documentation).
  4. Open the settings page from the created FLC menu to configure the plugin.
  5. Set syncronization parameters in settings General tab.
  6. Enable the desired features in respective settings tabs.
