Some plugins may shim the functionality in other ways. This test only concerns the native WordPress functionality. From [Sterner Stuff Design](https://sternerstuffdesign.com). Tests: * ImageMagick * Imagick PECL Extension * GhostScript * Your WordPress Version ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. ## FAQ Installation Instructions 1. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. Where is it? Find this under Tools. It says my server isn’t supported but PDF thumbnails still work? Congratulations! Other plugins may shim the functionality using other software. This is more useful for when things aren’t working. I have out of date server software. Now what? Contact your hosting provider. Hopefully they can get what you need installed. Be sure to tell them exactly what you need. My WordPress is out of date. Now what? Update your WordPress, either yourself or by contacting your website provider. Mart 2024. It told me the server was missing ImageMagick. The hosting servive (WP Engine) said it was installed. I used the built in Site Health info to verify that it was indeed installed.
