This plugin connects to the Userbird service to collect and display website usage data:

Userbird Service

  • Purpose: This service collects anonymous visitor data from your website to provide you with analytics about page views, visitor behavior, and site engagement.
  • Data Collected: The service collects data including page views, referring URLs, browser information, device information, and general geographic location of visitors (based on IP address, which is anonymized).
  • When Data is Sent: Data is sent when visitors access pages on your website where the Userbird tracking script is active.
  • Service Domains: The plugin connects to the following domains:
    • https://cdn.userbird.com – Hosts the tracking script
    • https://app.userbird.com – Hosts the analytics dashboard

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/userbird directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen.

  3. Configure the plugin settings through the ‘Userbird’ menu in WordPress admin.
