- Upload the entire ‘woo-novaposhta-shipping’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Set „Shipping Destination“ to „Only ship to the customer’s billing address“

Неплохо, долго искал, но проблема в том, что список городов не появляется сразу. Нужно выбрать область, перезагрузить страницу, а только потом города появляются.
