Your provider's terms and privacy policy apply.<\/p>\n\n Microsoft sign-in uses Microsoft's identity services and the PressedMail OAuth relay; password and app-password connections do not.<\/p>\n\n The relay returns mailbox identity, access and refresh tokens, scope and expiry, and receives no bodies, attachments or mailbox contents. Displaying one contacts its host, which may receive the URL, IP address, user agent, browser headers and cookies. Its terms and privacy policy apply; the sender can detect the view.<\/p>\n\n Pasting a video link or choosing Video previews it in the provider's iframe. PressedMail recognises YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Youku and Coub. Nothing is requested until you paste a link; sent mail carries the link, not a player.<\/p>\n\n That iframe receives the video address, your IP address, user agent and any provider cookies already set. Its terms and privacy policy apply. Any other link renders as a plain link card, which loads nothing.<\/p>\n\n Account settings, encrypted credentials or OAuth tokens, and synchronized mail data live in your WordPress database or filesystem. The site owner controls hosting, access, backups, retention, account removal, personal-data requests and uninstall.<\/p>\n\n Deleting the plugin keeps that data by default. To remove it too, switch on \"Delete plugin data on uninstall\" under Settings, then Data and uninstall.<\/p>\n\n Your browser keeps message content and mailbox lists in session storage until the tab closes. Drafts, account names, account choice and recent searches use local storage for the signed-in user. Signing out clears them; until then anyone using that browser profile can read them. Avoid shared computers. Panel widths use a session cookie without mail data.<\/p>\n\n Rich Text draft structure can live in the site database, bound to the WordPress owner and exact mailbox draft. It never enters sent mail. It has no expiry date: it stays until the draft is sent or deleted, the account is removed, privacy erasure covers it, or uninstall purge removes it. Cache opt-out removes it too. Retry failed cleanup with Clear stored email content in Security settings.<\/p>\n\n The notification delivery log is off by default. Choose 30, 60 or 90 days to record date, first recipient, recipient count, subject, sender, mail server and result, never bodies, headers or attachments. Entries expire on schedule; you can clear or disable the log.<\/p>\n\n Use Node.js 22.13 or later and Output goes to PHP ships readable, with the Composer vendor tree it loads.
