To dispatch automated WhatsApp OTP messages directly to customer mobile devices in real time without triggering browser redirection, this plugin connects to an external Software as a Service (SaaS) provider: ChatFlow Pro.
How the service is utilized:
1. The plugin communicates via secure HTTPS API requests with the ChatFlow Pro SaaS server at https://chatflow-pro.site.
2. When an OTP is requested, the customer’s phone number, first name, and the generated OTP code are securely sent to the API solely for immediate delivery to the customer’s WhatsApp account.
3. No customer passwords or payment credentials are ever sent or processed through the API.
4. Store owners must connect their ChatFlow Pro account by providing their Instance ID and Secret Token in the plugin admin dashboard.

Installation
- Upload the
cfpro-otp-verificationfolder to your/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the ZIP file via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > CFPro OTP in your WordPress dashboard.
- Enter your ChatFlow Pro Instance ID and Secret Token and click Verify Connection Now to pair your WhatsApp device.
- In the Checkout OTP tab, enable verification and configure whether to require verification for all shoppers or guest users only.
- Customize your WhatsApp message templates, OTP code length, and expiry duration.
- Save your settings.
