ManageGlut – Management System Builder for School, CRM, POS & Inventory

ManageGlut – Management System Builder for School, CRM, POS & Inventory

Description

ManageGlut turns WordPress into a management system you design yourself. Pick a ready-made system or start blank, add modules (Students, Orders, Patients, Invoices…), drag fields onto each form, and ManageGlut generates the admin menus, lists, forms, dashboards, documents, roles and a front-end portal. No code, and no limits on services, modules or records.

What you can build

  • School management: classes, teachers, students, attendance, fees, exams and results
  • Restaurant, hotel and POS: menus, tables, bookings, rooms, sales, receipts and stock
  • Clinic and hospital: patients, doctors, appointments, prescriptions and billing
  • CRM and sales: leads, deals, customers, quotes and invoices
  • HR and payroll: employees, leave, attendance and payslips
  • Inventory and warehouse: items, suppliers, stock movements and purchase orders
  • Gym, property and rentals, projects and tasks, or anything else you can describe with modules and fields

Key features

  • 11 ready-made systems you can change completely, or start blank
  • Drag-and-drop builder with 23 field types: text, number, price, date, select, image, file, relation, person, line items, auto number, formula and more
  • Formulas and line items for totals, balances, nights stayed, discounts and invoice rows
  • Table, board (kanban), calendar and gallery layouts, stat cards and charts (bar, line, pie, donut)
  • Search, filters, saved views, bulk edit, duplicate, CSV import and export
  • Linked updates: a sale lowers product stock, a payment adds to an invoice, and editing or deleting the record moves the numbers back
  • Printable documents: invoices, 80 mm receipts, certificates, ID cards, payslips and barcode labels, with QR codes and barcodes
  • Automations: when a record is added, changed or deleted, a field changes or a date comes near, send an email, notify people, set a field or add a record to another module
  • Roles and permissions: view, add, edit and delete per module, „own records only“, hidden and read-only fields
  • Public forms for enquiries, applications and bookings, with file uploads and spam protection
  • Member portal and front-end register, login and profile: a parent sees their child’s fees, a tenant sees their rent
  • Record page with related records, activity history, notes and @mentions
  • Global search (Ctrl+K), in-app notifications, activity log and a recycle bin
  • Privacy tools: works with WordPress’s Export and Erase Personal Data tools, with a consent log for public forms
  • Service export and import as JSON, to back up or move a system to another site

Two separate admin areas

  • Builder: create and edit services, modules and fields, switch services on or off, manage roles and settings.
  • Service menus: every running service gets its own top-level menu with its own dashboard, modules and activity log. People working in one service never see the others.

ManageGlut Pro (optional add-on)

Everything above is free. The separate ManageGlut Pro add-on adds online payments with Stripe, a REST API, webhooks, approval workflows, scheduled report emails, restore-a-version, a report builder with pivots, Excel export, recurring records, SMS and WhatsApp, two-factor login and login history.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

In database tables created on activation (manageglut_services, manageglut_modules, manageglut_records, manageglut_activity, manageglut_notifications). Record values are stored as JSON, so changing a module’s fields never changes the database structure. Files uploaded through public forms go to the normal uploads folder.

Does deleting the plugin delete my data?

Not by default. Switch on „Delete all services, records, roles and settings when the plugin is deleted“ in Settings first if you want that.

Can visitors register as administrators?

No. New registrations always get the role chosen in Settings, and roles that can manage the site are refused.

Does it connect to any external service?

Not on its own. All scripts, styles and fonts are bundled with the plugin. Data leaves your site only when you set it up: „Send an email“ uses your site’s normal mail (wp_mail). The free plugin sends nothing else out.

How do date reminders run?

An hourly WP-Cron job checks rules of the type „A date comes near“. Each rule runs once per record and date.
