Nabz Lite

Description

Nabz Lite helps WooCommerce stores understand sales, organize customers and encourage repeat purchases. The interface is designed for Persian stores and supports right-to-left layouts and Persian numerals.

Read the WordPress product page for features, edition differences and setup guidance.

Free features

  • Local sales dashboard and WooCommerce sales metrics.
  • Customer search, filters, tags and RFM segmentation.
  • Cashback and a transactional customer wallet.
  • Optional order, payment, shipment and registration messages.
  • Local message queue, retries, operational logs and short-link click tracking.
  • WordPress privacy export, erasure and retention tools.

The local CRM, analytics, cashback and customer wallet work without a Nabz account or payment. Connecting an account is optional. If you enable message delivery, the external service charges each delivered message to the connected Nabz account wallet.

Separate Premium add-on

Nabz Premium is distributed separately. It provides smart campaigns, customer win-back, abandoned-cart recovery, advanced automation, message attribution, OTP login and checkout verification, messenger delivery and automatic cashback notifications. These executable implementations are not included in the Lite package. Premium preview pages in Lite are static, inert product previews.

The separate add-on can connect store-owned accounts on supported messenger platforms, including Bale, Eitaa, Soroush Plus, WhatsApp, Telegram, Rubika and Basalam. Availability depends on the connected service and platform.

Installing or removing Premium does not disable the free Lite features. To buy Premium, sign in to your Nabz account, choose your site and create a purchase invoice. Review and pay the invoice through Zibal; the download becomes available after payment confirmation.

External service

The local sales dashboard, CRM, RFM and cashback do not require an external service. Nabz Lite contacts https://nabz.business after an administrator explicitly requests OTP sign-in or connects a Nabz account. No message is sent merely by installing the plugin.

Account sign-in sends the administrator’s mobile number to request a verification code. Verification sends that number and the entered code. The plugin stores the account session and installation connection token needed for subsequent authenticated requests. The connection identifies the current store and its WooCommerce, Lite and Premium versions.

Connected-account operations synchronize connection status and wallet balance, retrieve server-owned message previews, create wallet top-up invoices and retrieve delivery logs. Message delivery sends the selected channel, event identifier, recipient mobile number, idempotency identifier and the minimum parameters for the event. These can include customer or store name, order number and total, payment or shipment status, tracking code and related URLs. Nabz renders the final message and passes the necessary recipient and message data to the configured delivery provider.

Wallet top-ups use a one-use handoff into the Nabz account payment flow and are bound to the store and account that requested the invoice. The plugin may make a loopback request to the same WordPress installation to run its local queue; this is not a third-party service request.

FAQ

Is Nabz Lite free?

Yes. The plugin is released under GPLv2 or later. Local CRM, RFM, cashback, the customer wallet and sales analytics are free. Optional message delivery is a metered external service. Advanced marketing features are delivered by the separate Premium add-on.

Can I use it without a Nabz account?

Yes. Local analytics, segmentation, tags and the customer wallet work without an account. An account is needed for message delivery and other explicitly selected service operations.

What personal data is stored in WordPress?

Depending on enabled features, wp_options stores connection and message settings, installation/account tokens, administrator recipients and worker state. Plugin-owned tables store queued event payloads, delivery logs, derived RFM/customer snapshots, short-link clicks and cashback transactions. Customer tags are stored in user metadata. WooCommerce order metadata stores cashback and shipment references. The first short-link click may include an IP address and user agent.

Operational logs older than 90 days are removed. Personal identifiers on old short-link records are anonymized after 90 days. Completed or stopped jobs older than 365 days are removed. WordPress privacy export and erasure cover matching derived customer records. Source WooCommerce orders and records already processed by the external service follow their own lifecycle and are not deleted by those callbacks.

The store administrator chooses which events send messages and is responsible for the necessary recipient consent or other lawful basis. Lite does not automatically add a marketing-consent form or claim to keep consent evidence.

How does cashback work?

Cashback is store credit earned after a successful purchase and usable on a later purchase. The administrator selects the percentage and expiration period; 0 means no expiration. Eligible value is the discounted product total, excluding shipping and arbitrary fees. Credit already spent does not earn more cashback.

Only registered customers earn or spend wallet credit. Failed or cancelled reservations are released. Partial or full refunds proportionally restore spent credit and reverse the earned cashback. The wallet and storefront displays are free. Automatic SMS cashback notifications belong to Premium and appear as a locked preview in Lite.

Why are Premium pages visible?

They are static previews of the separately distributed product. The Lite ZIP contains no executable implementation of those paid features.

What happens when I delete the plugin?

The uninstaller removes Nabz-specific tables, options and metadata. It does not delete source WooCommerce orders, core WordPress records or data already retained by the external service. Deactivation alone does not erase Nabz data.

Which assets are bundled?

Peyda font assets provide Persian typography and digit rendering. The source tree also includes Vazirmatn under SIL Open Font License 1.1. Admin icons are based on Feather Icons under the MIT License. Calendar conversion uses parts of jalaali-js under the MIT License. Bundled open-source license texts accompany those assets.

Where can I get help?

Use Nabz support for setup and technical help, and submit an account support ticket for purchase, account or privacy requests. The Persian user guide remains available on the Nabz website.
