Premium Add-Ons :

  • Email Piping – Create or reply to tickets from the comfort of an email account. For example, you can provide a dedicated email address to your customers, such as support@yourdomain.com. The emails received in this email will be converted to tickets.
  • WooCommerce Integration – Add a support tab on the My Account page and a help button for orders. Customers can select the order in the ticket form. In addition, the agent can view customer orders in an individual ticket.
  • Canned Reply – Allows your agent to save replies. It requires a couple of clicks to insert an answer in the description.
  • Assign Agent Rules – Set conditions to assign an agent automatically when a new ticket is created.
  • SLA (Service Lavel Agreement) – Calculate the due date based on rules for tickets to match. The remaining time is shown in the ticket list if added SLA field to the ticket list and individual ticket.
  • Satisfction Survey – Send an email to rate ticket based on assigned agent performance. Optionally customer can provide feedback to ticket.
  • Automatic Close Tickets – Close tickets after x days of inactivity. Sends warning email before closing the ticket.
  • Usergroup – Allow a group of users to access each other’s tickets.
  • Agentgoup – Allows you to assign the ticket to a group of agents so that any agent of the group supervisor has permission to view and manage the ticket.

overall, i like the product. we've used supportcandy for 2 years now. i reviewed a dozen products and this one fit most of the requirements. their recent upgrade to version 3 had a lot of the features that we needed and had requested previously. their development department is receptive to feature requests and bug reports. my only concern is that major changes, particularly with the database, may not be thoroughly tested before being released. the support department is very quick to respond (in India time). i try to go to the documentation first, but is extremely limited. i would suggest that they have a help page for each form in the settings that clearly describes the purpose of each field. some of their help is in videos, which doesn't return anything when using the search function in the documentation.

It is a complete plugin, easy to configure and with a variety of add-ons that are very useful, the support staff is excellent, we had an import problem with Email Piping configured with Microsoft Exchange and they dedicated the necessary time to solve the problem, despite the time difference they responded quickly. We are satisfied with the support help.

Great tool for anybody looking for a ticketing system and great support. We have been using this plugin on our client site for 4+ years and the team has been great with support jumping in to look at issues. with this new upgrade, they improved and added functionality and resolved the problems that we were facing on the client site they were diligent and helped us identify the root cause and fix it, and, despite operating in different time zones they have spent some time to answer all our questions on the why behind the issue.

Plugin with wide functionality, fast and friendly support. We switched Service Desk from the USA system and are very happy with the transition. There are some minor bugs in SupportCandy 3, but you can report it through support and they release a plugin update for WordPress.
